Malacca Town is located in the centre of the state (of course!) and is where all the major hotels, shops and some of the tourism spots are located.
During holidays and festive seasons, the little town is also packed with tourists and the roads are congested with the heavy traffic.
Don't worry about losing your way though; as sign boards are available along the roads to guide you to your destination.
Roads in Malacca can sometimes merge into small lanes as it leads into the town, making it rather narrow.
